that websites which expose Zionism experience such attacks.  AZAR's
website in particular has been subject to these attacks more than once
before.  But once again, AZAR's fist of Arabian resistance is back
online ripping through the Zionist Star of David with pride and fury.

On the New Law Banning Public Assembly in Jordan:

Dear Friends,

Find below the URL leading to the news coverage done by the  Amman net 
independent internet radio station regarding the new General Assemblies
Law passsed last week by the Government as a "temporary law" in the
abscence of Parliament.

This law, among two others passed in the same way and in the same
period (as temporary laws. Those are the elections law, and the state
security court law) constitute the largest threat to the Jordanians'
freedom of opinion and speech, which coincides with the  fiercest
attack of the Zionist entity on the Arab Palistinain Intifada, and the
rise of Ariel Sharon, the archetict of the "Palestinian state in
Jordan" plan with all the complications thus made on the "Wadi Araba"
enthusiasts, in addition to the continuation of the "Jordan
Fragmentation Plan" implemented by the Jordanian regime under the 
World Bank supervision.

These laws are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and fiercly REPRESSIVE as the two
speakers in the report (Dr. Fawzi Samhouri and Dr. Hisham Bustani)
explain, and they put Jordan back in the Emergency-Laws era to supress
any popular and even elitist pressure against the fragmentation and
zionification of Jordan.

Please note that the new UNCONSTITUTIONAL General Assemblies Law
requires that any assembly should have a previous written agreement
from the Governer before it takes place in order to  be lawful!!! It
also states that the Governer's decision is final!! And it comes in
action following the decision of the highest judicary body in Jordan,
the Higher Court of Justice, where it ruled that the governer has no
relation in regard to refusing or allowing assemblies according to the
old law.
