To whom it may concern,


Nouran Mohamed al-Karmi, an 8 year old child, was kidnapped in the 
palestinian West Bank town of Tulkarem on saturday 21st December 2002. 
Nouran was abducted from her home, between 2:00 and 2:30pm, during a curfew 
impoosed by the israeli forces. It is suspected that the kidnappers are 
israeli.

We appeal to you to move and act. Help us find Nouran. Let local and 
international organizations (such as human rights organizations, Child 
caring centers, United Nations agencies) know, and non-governmental 
organizations, such as the red crescent, and the red cross. Let the media 
know. With widespread media coverage and pressure perhaps we can return 
Nouran to her parents and her home.
