A Hymn to Human Bombs ===================== I noticed that some of the songs at the peace rallies were religious, so this one goes out to all the religious people in the peace movement. It is a remake of the old hymn [Nearer My God to Thee], updated to honour the Palestinians and others who have willingly given their lives in the struggle. Nearer, my God to Thee Nearer to Thee Even though it be a bomb That raiseth me My life I give to thee Palestine's liberty Nearer my God to Thee Nearer to Thee Though on a crowded bus I'm outward bound Soon all my body parts Will be scattered 'round Intact my soul shall be From bondage finally free Nearer my God to Thee Nearer to Thee --Kevin Walsh
Onward Hireling Army ==================== This song is a blatant remake of Lord Haw Haw's 1939 song entitled [Onward Conscript Army] and sung to the tune of [Onward Christian Soldiers]. I thought I'd change the name to [Onward Hireling Army], since the USA does not YET have conscription. Some alterations have also been made to reflect the cosmetic differences between now and 1939. Onward hireling army You have naught to fear Dubya and Dick Cheney Will lead you from the rear With the heavy burden Globalism's pie Fight for Yiddish conquest Why let Israel die? Onward hireling army Marching on to war Fight and die for Jewry As you did before You must fight for Israel Infantry and tanks For your benefactors International banks To place again the Arabs Beneath the Jewish star Onward toward the shambles Goy-killers that you are Who has defied Jewry Will be at war again Onward toward the slaugher For the Hebrews' gain Driven toward the shambles Like a flock of sheep By lying propaganda To line their pockets deep For the Trade Center's wreckage You must fight and die That multinational corporate signs May still light up our sky From the UN Sanctions Two million kids did fall The Jewish reign of terror May hold us all in thrall --Kevin Walsh
September Martyrs ================= My experience with anti-war protests of both the 1991 war and the current wars has been that the songs used are largely recycled from the 1960s. I'm no composer, but I have some small talent for fitting new lyrics to existing melodies. This first number is based on Julia Ward Howe's 1861 hit [John Brown's Body] in both music and inspiration for the lyrics. I was reminded of the similarities of incidents described in her song and events of 11 September 2001. In both cases, 19 people gave their lives fighting for freedom, but rather than call it [Mohammed Atta's Ashes], I thought [September Martyrs] would be more appropriate: They captured four great airliners With 19 men so true They frightened all the Zionists Till they trembled through and through As terrorists were branded By the lackeys of the Jew Their cause is marching on Glory to September's martyrs Glory to the holy martyrs Glory to the 19 martyrs Their cause is marching on The 19 martyrs died to set Palestine free The 19 martyrs died to set Palestine free The 19 martyrs died to set Palestine free From the Jordan to the sea Glory to September's martyrs Glory to the holy martyrs Glory to the 19 martyrs From the Jordan to the sea We'll show the AIPAC traitors that our nation's not for sale We'll show those Jewish traitors that our nation's not for sale The Yids who bribe our congressmen will rot inside a jail Their cause is ours as well Glory to September's martyrs Glory to the holy martyrs Glory to the 19 martyrs Their cause is ours as well The true axis of evil will be broken at both ends From New York to Jerusalem The ghetto will not win In concentration camps they'll answer for their every sin The ghetto will not win Glory glory haleluiyah Ariel Sharon thinks he's our ruler But we'll go to his door With a loaded .44 And Jew-boy won't rule no more --Kevin Walsh
